Frog At Night

I was walking my dog when this frog jumped in front of me, but it was at night and I could not tell what it was at first. It jumped under a bush and I had my Tamron F/2.8 Macro Lens mounted to my Canon 5D and using a Canon Macro Ring Lite MR-14EX and just pointed it and shot in complete darkness...

Judges

This month's guest judges for our First and Second place winners will be Digital Landscape Photography authors John and Barbara Gerlach .


Important note

In 2009, First and Second place winners will be chosen by the monthly guest judge. Third place winners and three honorable mentions will be chosen by popular vote. Third place winners are only eligible to win once in a four month period (Jan-Apr, May-Aug, Sept-Dec). First, Second and Third place monthly winners for Jan-April will be entered to win our First 2009 Grand Prize; monthly winners from May-Aug will be entered to win our Second 2009 Grand Prize; monthly winners from Sept-Dec will be entered to win our Third 2009 Grand Prize. You may upload up to two different photographs per month, but you will not be eligible to win more than one prize per month. You can only vote once for each picture.
